H is for Hawk

On H is for Hawk I did rotoscoping, creating separate mattes for the bird's wings, feet and beak. I also keyed shots, composited the bird into a tree environment, and prepped footage by removing hands, people and ropes.

In one sequence a rabbit runs through a forest. I composited the rabbit from its original field setting into the forest, animated its path and added particles to show leaves being disturbed.
